Let’s face it the largest drawback from property ownership is liquidity. It does take time to sell and it needs to be sold at the right time like any investment. So what makes it a good investment? Over the long term property almost always gains in value and as long as you don’t need to turn the property into immediate cash you can pick the market to sell in.
